ATLANTIS "B" ANNOUNCEMENTS

The St. Lucie County Guidelines for Recycling can be found within the

"Information Heading" under the subpage titled "Recycling ~ The Do's and Dont's".

Please familiarize yourself with the recycling guidelines and advise your tenants of the same.

Everyone's cooperation is necessary in this regard to avoid fines being imposed.

 ATTENTION OWNERS

​

• When a Unit is unoccupied it must be inspected by someone every two weeks or so to prevent any mold from developing and to check for leaks;

• Hurricane shutters must be closed when Unit is unoccupied;

• Main water valve must be turned off when Unit is unoccupied;

• As stated in our corporate documents, rentals may not be for less than 30 days;

• Visitors, renters, and guests of renters, are not permitted to have pets in any Unit or on the premises;

• Guests and renters should be provided with our Renter's Guide and Rules and Regulations (a copy of these can be downloaded under the heading "Association Documents");

• Owners are responsible for the conduct of their guests and renters; and

• The Board requires to have a key to all Units in the event of an emergency and to allow access to Reynolds Pest Control.  If you change your lock please provide the Board with the new key.
