WELCOME TO THE "ATLANTIS B" WEBSITE
This site is designed with both visitors and owners in mind. The public section provides visitors to the site with the information needed for a comfortable and respectful stay at our Hutchinson Island condominium. Owners also have access to a secure, login required area, that includes documents, financials, reports, and other resources meant to keep you informed and connected. Visitors are welcome to explore the public pages, but the login feature is reserved exclusively for Atlantis B owners and should not be requested by guests, renters or visitors to the site.

ATTENTION OWNERS
-
When a Unit is unoccupied it must be inspected by someone every two weeks or so to prevent any mold from developing and to check for leaks;
-
Hurricane shutters must be closed when Unit is unoccupied;
-
Main water valve must be turned off when Unit is unoccupied;
-
As stated in our corporate documents, rentals may not be for less than 30 days;
-
Visitors, renters, and guests of renters, are not permitted to have pets in any Unit or on the premises;
-
Guests and renters should be provided with our Renter's Guide and Rules and Regulations;
-
Guest and renters should be educated on the St. Lucie County Guidelines for Recycling which can be found under the "Information Heading" under the subpage titled "Recycling ~ The Do's and Don'ts;

Owners are responsible for the conduct of their guests and renters; and
-
The Board requires to have a key to all Units in the event of an emergency and to allow access to Reynolds Pest Control. If you change your lock please provide the Board with the new key.
